What is the SafeSign LED Escape Sign?
Our ‘Dutch Design’ premium quality range of LED Escape signs are designed to clearly identify escape routes. The sign is executed in a timeless design that fits in with contemporary naval architecture. Our range of LED Escape signs allows easy installation and provides a reliable and stylish solution. Areas of use; onboard cruise ships, ferries, offshore installations and commercial ships.
Design and approvals
The LED Escape signs are IP44 protected, CE and RINA approved and are available in two formats. Mounting options: recessed and surface mounted, offering ‘fit and forget’ LED technology providing a long lifespan of at least 40.000 hours. Any desired layout can be provided. Below are examples of IMO regulations and ISO regulations in accordance with standard 24409.

Electrical and photoluminescent in one: the best of the both worlds
SafeSign LED Escape Sign. The goal of launching the SafeSign LED Escape Sign product line has been to combine timeless design and cutting-edge innovation. Due to many years of experience with photoluminescent materials, SafeSign LED Escape Sign is available as a battery-free photoluminescent version. The new version will take effect immediately after a power failure.
A result of experience
The product is a result of the innovation that comes from our many years of experience supplying different markets with photoluminescence signs and low location light. This product has been developed as a hybrid escape route sign that is unique on the market. The main power source comes from the central electricity. In case of lost power as a result of an accident, the photoluminescence properties of the sign conquer, providing users with a very clear exit sign. In this way, even without a power supply, the sign is clearly the photoluminescence of the material. This technology, in which we have succeeded in providing (electronically) more light to a photoluminescence sign, is unique in the market and makes it the future of emergency exit signs. The photoluminescence version of this light signal is only available as a single-sided version.
