Implementation of Electrical Powered Low Location Lighting System

Signwell Oy has been contracted by Rauma Marine Constructions Oy to implement the Electrical Powered Low Location Lighting System. The installation has been done thoroughly by our installation team to meet the maritime industries strictest regulations (IMO RESOLUTION A.752(18) and ISO 15370) and in that way create an effective means of escape (escape route system) on board the ship.
The apprpoach and scope of the project
The scope for Tallink MyStar included the following:
- Advice on positioning
- Installation of the active Electrical Powered Low Location Lighting System on site.

- IMO RESOLUTION A.752(18) and ISO 15370 for Low Location Lighting systems
About the Tallink MyStar
MS Tallink MySTAR ferry is a Ro-Pax passenger vessel operated by Tallink-Silja Line, an Estonia-based company. The ship was built by Rauma Marine Constructions with the beginning in the spring of 2020 and finished in the end of 2022. MyStar is a LNG driven modern Ro-Pax passenger vessel with a length of 212,4 m.
